Haas F1 Team is the only American team on the grid, but our workforce is truly global. The newest entry on the grid, making our competitive debut in 2016, we have over 200 employees split across three sites in the US, UK, and Italy, working tirelessly on creating a new era of racing for the team.
Our US headquarters is in Kannapolis, North Carolina, on the same grounds as founder Gene Haas’ championship-winning NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team, Stewart-Haas Racing. Haas is the founder of Haas Automation, the largest CNC machine tool builder in North America, and the team’s CNC Shop is central to operations on-site in the US. We have dedicated support services ensuring constant communication and collaboration between sites, including Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, IT and Purchasing departments. Marketing is also housed in Kannapolis, ensuring our stakeholders are aligned on our mission and fans feel a part of our journey.
Working from our Kannapolis Headquarters, you will be fully integrated into the inner workings of a Formula 1 team and the constant pursuit of excellence involved in racing in the pinnacle of motorsport.

Team Bonus Plan
Our Team Bonus plan allows for In-Season Milestone Bonus’ and a Year-End Constructor Standings Bonus.
Holidays and Time Off
All full-time employees are eligible to receive 20 vacation days annually. We recognize nine holidays each year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, two days at Thanksgiving, two days at Christmas.
We offer two comprehensive medical plans with a Health Savings Account component, of which Haas F1 will contribute one half of the annual deductible. In addition, we offer a dental plan, and a vision plan
Life and supplemental life insurances
All employees are provided with $100,000 of Life and AD&D insurance at no cost to the employee. Supplemental life insurance and Long Term Disability insurance are optional and available through payroll deduction.
All eligible employees may begin contributing the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Haas will match 50% for each 1% up to 8 % of employee contributions.
We have an incredible fitness facility available for use to employees during the week.
Social and Family Events
Throughout the year Haas chooses to celebrate with its employees. Employees join us for practice viewings, lunches, cookouts, family events and a holiday celebration each year.
