TGR HAAS F1 TEAM HAAS+ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Application
1.1. The TGR Haas F1 Team Haas+ is a free-to-join loyalty membership programme, which provides fans with access to inside information, offers and exclusive content throughout a Season (“Haas+ Programme”), offered by the Haas F1 group, comprising: (i) Haas Formula LLC (registered number 1361732) of 4001 Haas Way, Kannapolis NC 28081 USA); (ii) Haas Formula UK Ltd (registered number 09152405) of Haas Racing, Overthorpe Road, Banbury OX16 4PN United Kingdom); and (iii) Haas Formula Italia S.R.L. (registered number 08757930964) of 43040 Varano de’ Melegari (Pr), via Papa Giovanni XXIII 2/d (together, the “TGR Haas F1 Team”, “us”, “we” or “our”) to eligible participants, in which members may earn non-monetary Rewards Points, which can be redeemed against available Rewards. All capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) are set out in clause 16 below. These T&Cs will be posted on our Website and will be available for you to access and read through the Haas+ Hub.
1.2. By registering for and creating your Account on Haas+ Hub, using the Haas+ Hub and/or taking part in the Haas+ Programme, you agree to these T&Cs, which govern your Membership to the Haas+ Programme. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use the Haas+ Hub.
1.3. These T&Cs should be read alongside our TGR Haas F1 Team Website Terms of Use (which can be found here) and our Privacy Policy (see link below in clause 11.2) and, as applicable, any specific terms and conditions of a Prize Draw, any Qualifying Purchase, Qualifying Activity and/or Reward, each of which may be amended from time to time at our discretion and accessed via the Website or the Haas+ Hub, or as notified to you at the time of purchase or participation, as applicable. In the event of an inconsistency between these T&Cs and any specific terms and conditions of a particular Prize Draw, Qualifying Purchase, Qualifying Activity and/or Reward, such specific terms and conditions will prevail over these T&Cs.
1.4. References in these T&Cs to “you” are to each individual who has activated an Account for private and non-commercial purposes only.
1.5. All of the provisions in these T&Cs, including all rights granted to you and the obligations of the TGR Haas F1 Team hereunder, are subject to and limited by Applicable Law and F1 Rules. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these T&Cs and any Applicable Law or F1 Rules, the relevant Applicable Law or F1 Rules shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, the TGR Haas F1 Team shall not be in breach of these T&Cs by virtue of any action which it takes or omits to take as a consequence of Applicable Law or F1 Rules.

2. Duration of Membership
Your Membership shall commence when you activate your Account on the Haas+ Hub, and shall be valid until such time as your Membership is cancelled or if it expires in accordance with these T&Cs.
3. Conditions of Membership
3.1. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration to become a Member. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian will need to complete your registration on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Member under the age of 18, you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such Member, including any breach of these T&Cs. We always reserve the right to refuse access to the Haas+ Hub by Members under the legal age, at our sole discretion.
3.2. You must have a unique, valid email address.
3.3. You must provide accurate and correct contact details and keep all such details updated from time to time. You warrant that all details about yourself are true, accurate and not misleading and that we have the right to rely on that information.
3.4. Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) Membership.
3.5. You may not transfer your Membership to any other person.
3.6. You must keep your Account details secure and confidential, and you must not disclose such details to any third party.
3.7. You must comply with any specific terms and conditions and instructions applicable to the earning of Rewards Points and/or the redemption of Rewards Points on Rewards, including these T&Cs and, if applicable, the terms and conditions of any Reward Partners.
3.8. You may only use Rewards Points to redeem Rewards.
3.9. You must not sell, assign or transfer Rewards Points or Rewards (or the benefit of such Rewards Points or Rewards) to any other person, including for payment or any other form of valuable consideration.
3.10. You must not abuse the Haas+ Programme in any way, for example by participating in the programme in a way that TGR Haas F1 Team reasonably considers to be dishonest or inconsistent with these T&Cs, or by engaging in offers over and above what TGR Haas F1 Team reasonably considers to be ordinary personal use.
3.11. To participate in the Haas+ Programme, you must activate your Account through the Haas+ Hub and ensure that: (i) you have all necessary equipment, including a device with an internet connection, (ii) you have downloaded any necessary apps onto your device, and (iii) your device meets minimum system requirements, as notified from time to time on the Website.
3.12. You are solely responsible for any tax you may incur arising out of earning or redeeming Rewards Points and the use of Rewards.
3.13. Directors, officers and employees of TGR Haas F1 Team, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, any company involved in the development or production of the Haas+ Programme, professional advisers, third party service providers or advertising and promotional agencies involved with the Haas+ Programme, are not eligible for membership of the Haas+ Programme.
3.15. The Haas+ Programme operates by automatically tracking your Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Activities via software embedded in the Website in order to award you with associated Rewards Points, and to administer your redemption of Rewards Points on Rewards. If you do not permit such online tracking software to function on your device or browser, you will not receive the full benefit of your Membership. In particular, you will not receive Rewards Points in respect of the Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Activities you undertake. TGR Haas F1 Team shall have no liability in this respect.
3.16. TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to verify the email address provided by you and/or to require proof of age, identity and/or other provided details at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of any dispute, entries containing an invalid email address or incorrect data regarding the age or residence of you will be deemed ineligible. You must not sign up as a Member through the use of multiple email accounts or social media accounts. If it becomes apparent that you have used multiple email accounts or social media accounts to circumvent this rule your membership will be terminated with no liability whatsoever to TGR Haas F1 Team.
4. The TGR Haas F1 Team Haas+ Benefits
4.1. All Members are entitled to earn Rewards Points and to redeem such points on Rewards in accordance with clauses 5, 6 and 7 below.
4.2. TGR Haas F1 Team will change the Member benefits available from time to time. Information about current benefits and the Tier Levels is available on the Haas+ Hub.
5. Earning Rewards Points
5.1. Members may earn Rewards Points during each Season by undertaking Qualifying Activities and/or making Qualifying Purchases, conditional upon compliance with these T&Cs and any additional terms and conditions and/or instructions of TGR Haas F1 Team or any Rewards Partners as may apply to the Qualifying Activity or Qualifying Purchase from time to time.
5.2. When you earn Rewards Points on Qualifying Activities or Qualifying Purchases, your Rewards Points should appear on your Account within one (1) week of the relevant Qualifying Activity or Qualifying Purchase.
5.3. The number of Rewards Points that can be earned from Qualifying Activities and Qualifying Purchases will be determined by TGR Haas F1 Team at its sole discretion and may vary having regard to factors, such as the date or value of the Qualifying Activity or Qualifying Purchase, whether the Qualifying Activity or Qualifying Purchase is offered by TGR Haas F1 Team or a Rewards Partner, and your Tier Level.
5.4. Rewards Points have no equivalent or representative cash value and will not be converted into or exchanged for cash or credit in any circumstances.
5.5. TGR Haas F1 Team may, at its sole discretion, vary the Earning Rate of Rewards Points from time to time, acting reasonably.
5.6. Not all purchases or activities with TGR Haas F1 Team will be Qualifying Activities or Qualifying Purchases; therefore, you should check before undertaking each purchase or activity to confirm whether you will earn Rewards Points. Further information about Qualifying Activities and/or Qualifying Purchases is available on the Haas+ Hub.
5.7. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot earn Rewards Points on Rewards that you have redeemed using Rewards Points.
5.8. If you earn Rewards Points on a Qualifying Purchase or Qualifying Activity for which you subsequently obtain either: (i) a refund; (ii) a credit; or (iii) an exchange for an item or activity that does not constitute a Qualifying Purchase or Qualifying Activity, the Rewards Points that you earned on the Qualifying Purchase or Qualifying Activity (as applicable) shall be deducted from your Account once the refund, credit or exchange has been processed by TGR Haas F1 Team (as applicable). If there are insufficient Rewards Points in your Account for TGR Haas F1 Team to make such deduction of Rewards Points, TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to deduct from any future Rewards Points that you earn.
5.9 TGR Haas F1 Team is not responsible in case you are not physically or mentally able to perform any or all of the Qualifying Activities; there is no legal right to participate in the Haas+ Programme whatsoever.
6. Using Rewards Points
6.1. You may use your Rewards Points to redeem Rewards, provided that you have sufficient Rewards Points in your Account for the particular Reward, and conditional upon compliance with these T&Cs and any specific terms and conditions and/or instructions of TGR Haas F1 Team or a Rewards Partner (as applicable), which may apply to a Reward from time to time.
6.2. TGR Haas F1 Team may make Rewards available on a first-come, first-served basis and shall have the final decision in all matters relating to the issuing of Rewards.
6.3. TGR Haas F1 Team will determine the Redemption Rate for each Reward from time to time at its sole discretion. The Redemption Rate for a particular Reward is not related to the cash price or market value (if any) of similar products or services outside of the Haas+ Programme.
6.4. TGR Haas F1 Team may also make Rewards available by means of a Prize Draw. If you redeem Rewards Points by entering a Prize Draw on the Haas+ Hub: (i) your participation in such Prize Draw will also be governed by the specific terms and conditions of that Prize Draw, as made available on the Haas+ Hub; and (ii) if you are unsuccessful in such Prize Draw, you shall not be entitled to a credit of the Rewards Points that you redeemed to enter the Prize Draw.
6.5. TGR Haas F1 Team shall determine the range and quantity of Rewards available from time to time at its sole discretion. Certain Rewards may not be available to Members in some countries, or to Members who are under a certain age, due to jurisdictional requirements. Certain Rewards, including participation in Prize Draws, may require you to take further steps prior to being redeemed, such as answering a question or providing further information. Further information about Rewards available to you at any given time is available on the Haas+ Hub.
6.6. To the extent permitted by law, TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to replace any or all Rewards with rewards of equal or greater value at any time up to the point of delivery.
6.7. Points used to redeem Rewards, including to enter Prize Draws, will be considered “spent” and will be deducted from the total number of Rewards Points in your Account. However, Rewards Points used to redeem Rewards will still count towards the total number of points you have accumulated in any Season for the purposes of determining your Tier Level, until the end of such Season in which they are earned.
6.8. At the end of each Season, TGR Haas F1 Team may at its sole discretion offer the opportunity for you to use any unused Rewards Points to enter a Grand Prize Draw. If you choose to enter the Grand Prize Draw, the number of redeemable Rewards Points in your Account will return to zero. If you choose not to, or are ineligible to, enter the Grand Prize Draw, the number of redeemable Rewards Points in your Account will return to zero. If TGR Haas F1 Team chooses not to run a Grand Prize Draw, the number of redeemable Rewards Points in all Accounts will return to zero. Your Tier Level will be reset for the next Season, starting at the lowest Tier Level.
6.9. By redeeming a Reward, you confirm that you are eligible and are able to receive it. No replacement Reward or credit of any sort will be granted if you are ineligible or unable to accept any Reward.
6.10. Where a Reward involves your attendance at a certain event or place, or online event, unless otherwise stated you will be responsible for making suitable travel, transport and accommodation and connection arrangements and paying for any related expenses. No replacement Reward or credit of any sort will be granted if you do not attend or are delayed in attending any event Reward you have redeemed.
6.11 Certain Rewards that are physical in nature, or involve an element of risk may be subject to You accepting additional terms and conditions or waivers, which will be notified to you at the relevant time.
7. Tier Levels
7.1. Your total Rewards Points earned will also be accumulated to increase your Tier Level, as described in further detail on the Haas+ Hub. Your Tier Level may impact the Earning Rate and the range of Rewards available to you.
7.2. At the end of each Season, your Tier Level will return to the lowest Tier Level.
8. Content you provide to TGR Haas F1 Team
8.1. Qualifying Activities may require you to submit certain information, material or content (including video content) (“Content”) to TGR Haas F1 Team via the Website, Haas+ Hub, or via our social media channels. You are under no obligation to do so and where you choose to do so, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this clause 8. Content may contain your (or another person's) voice, image, photograph, statements, biographical information, performances, name and likeness and other user-generated content.
8.2. You represent and warrant that your Content does not: (i) contain material that violates or infringes another person’s rights or reflects a political statement, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights; (ii) contain brand names or trademarks, other than those of TGR Haas F1 Team, which you have a limited licence to use for the sole purpose of the Qualifying Activity; (iii) contain copyrighted material not created by you, other than material that you have necessary rights, consents and permissions to use; (iv) contain material that is offensive, distasteful, dangerous, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; or (v) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the Applicable Laws in any jurisdiction where the Content is created. In the event the Qualifying Activity is run via one or more third party platform(s), you warrant and represent that your entry does not infringe the terms of the third party platform(s).
8.3. Subject to any licence you grant herein, any and all Content that you upload, store, transmit, submit, exchange or make available to the Website is generated, owned and controlled solely by you, and not by TGR Haas F1 Team. It is solely your responsibility to monitor and protect any intellectual property rights that you may have in your Content, and TGR Haas F1 Team does not accept any responsibility for the same.
8.4. By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any Content to TGR Haas F1 Team, you grant to TGR Haas F1 Team a worldwide, unlimited, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, host, reproduce, display, transmit, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of the Content for the purposes of this Haas+ Programme or other TGR Haas F1 Team marketing or promotional activity, including but not limited to the display on any and all TGR Haas F1 Team and its affiliates’ websites and social media channels. TGR Haas F1 Team does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to Content.
8.5. You represent and warrant that all necessary rights, permissions, consents and moral rights’ waivers (in the broadest extent permitted by Applicable Laws) have been duly and effectively obtained from any performer, presenter, contributor or other person involved in the Content or rights, services or facilities in connection with it.
8.6. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Members may be requested to take part in promotional activity and TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to use the names and addresses of Members, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any promotional material of TGR Haas F1 Team to the extent each Member agrees. TGR Haas F1 Team will seek the consent of the Member, where required. You expressly acknowledge that you and any person who appear in the Content have the right to decline use of the Content for marketing material.
9. TGR Haas F1 Team’s Rights
TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to:
9.1. accept or decline any application for a Membership;
9.2. limit the number of Rewards Points that can be earned and/or redeemed on Rewards;
9.3. determine and vary the range, number and type of Qualifying Activities, Qualifying Purchases, Rewards and/or Rewards Partners from time to time;
9.4. determine and vary the Earning Rate for Qualifying Activities and Qualifying Purchases from time to time;
9.5. determine and vary the Redemption Rate for Rewards from time to time;
9.6. determine and vary the function of the Tier Levels, as well as the number of Rewards Points you may be required to accumulate to achieve a higher Tier Level, from time to time;
9.7. limit, withdraw, cancel, change, or suspend any of the Qualifying Activities, Qualifying Purchases and/or Rewards that it offers or advertises from time to time, including but not limited to where this is due to events beyond its reasonable control;
9.8. remove or cancel any Rewards Points awarded to you if it determines or reasonably suspects that the Rewards Points were awarded in breach of these T&Cs or in error;
9.9. suspend or cancel your Membership (and all associated benefits) in accordance with clause 12 below;
9.10. run the Haas+ Programme alongside any other Haas F1 Team loyalty programmes from time to time;
9.11. suspend or cancel the Haas+ Programme at any time, acting reasonably and giving reasonable notice to you where it is possible to do so, including suspending or cancelling it in certain territories only where we reasonably believe that the Haas+ Programme may contravene any Applicable Laws; and
9.12. transfer you across to any additional or replacement loyalty programme that we shall notify you of in advance, provided that you shall be entitled to the same or substantially similar benefits under the new loyalty programme as you were entitled to under the Haas+ Programme.
10. Limitations to Liability
10.1. Nothing in these Terms and Condition excludes or limits our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
10.2. Except as otherwise set out in these T&Cs and subject to clause 10.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, TGR Haas F1 Team shall not have any responsibility or liability to you in respect of: (i) any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of your Membership (or for any breach of these T&Cs), caused by any circumstances outside TGR Haas F1 Team’s reasonable control; (ii) any unauthorised use of your Account by you or a third party; (iii) the exercise of any discretion by TGR Haas F1 Team under these T&Cs as a consequence of any restrictions required by Applicable Law and/or F1 Rules; (iv) any products and/or services provided by any third party, including a Rewards Partner, in connection with the Haas+ Programme, including but not limited to the delivery, standard, quality or otherwise of any Rewards and/or the failure of such a third party to make a specific Reward available; (v) any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use or enjoyment, loss of data or your Content, loss of business or contracts, or loss of opportunity, whether in contract, tort or otherwise; and/or (vi) any decision by TGR Haas F1 Team to amend these T&Cs or to cancel, suspend or restrict the Haas+ Programme.
10.3. Subject to clause 10.1, TGR Haas F1 Team’s total liability to you, whether in contract (including any warranty), in tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall not exceed £100 (one hundred Pound Sterling).
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. TGR Haas F1 Team will process personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available here).
12. Suspension, cancellation or termination of your Membership
12.1. Your Membership shall continue from the date you sign up until terminated in accordance with these T&Cs.
12.2. You may cancel your Membership by sending written notice to TGR Haas F1 Team using the contact details in clause 14.1 below.
12.3. TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend or cancel your Membership (and all associated benefits) without notice if TGR Haas F1 Team determines or reasonably suspects that you have: (i) acted in breach of these T&Cs or any specific terms and conditions applicable to a Prize Draw, Qualifying Purchase, Qualifying Activity and/or Reward; (ii) engaged in or been involved in any ambush marketing; (iii) engaged in or been convicted of a criminal offence; or (iv) engaged in any abusive, harmful, dangerous or other unacceptable behaviour whether in-person or online (such as on a social media platform), in each case, without incurring any liability to you for any loss, expense or damage you may suffer as a result of any actions taken by TGR Haas F1 Team pursuant to this clause.
12.4. On suspension, cancellation or termination of your Membership, your Account shall be closed and any unused Rewards Points shall be null and void without TGR Haas F1 Team incurring any liability to you for any loss, expense or damage you may suffer as a result. For the avoidance of doubt, TGR Haas F1 Team shall not be obliged to offer you a refund, cash alternative or replacement for any unused Rewards Points that become null and void.
13. Fees and charges
Your Membership is free of charge.
14. Contact
14.1. If you have any questions or comments in respect of your Membership, you can contact TGR Haas F1 Team by email at: [email protected].
14.2. To contact you, TGR Haas F1 Team will use the latest contact details that you have supplied to TGR Haas F1 Team via your Account. It is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure that TGR Haas F1 Team has your up-to-date contact details, including email address.
15. General
15.1. TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to change these T&Cs from time to time and shall notify you of such changes if they materially affect your rights as a consumer. Any such changes will be notified to you through the Website, the Haas+ Hub, and/or, where appropriate, via the contact details you have supplied to TGR Haas F1 Team via your Account.
15.2. These T&Cs, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15.3. Notwithstanding clause 15.2, if you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are a resident, and nothing in these T&Cs will affect your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. If you are a consumer that is a resident in the UK, advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these T&Cs will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15.4. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed from the remainder of these T&Cs, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15.5. TGR Haas F1 Team’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these T&Cs, the documents referenced herein or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
15.6. We may, from time to time, provide links to third party websites, apps or platforms as part of the Haas+ Programme, including, but not limited to, Rewards Partners, or other Trusted Partners. We have no control over any third party websites, apps or platforms and accept no liability for any statements, information, content, products or services that are published on or may be accessible from those third party websites, apps or platforms. It is of utmost importance that you thoroughly check all information provided on the third party websites, apps or platforms before you commit to procuring any goods or services (including the terms and conditions and/or terms of use of such websites, apps or platforms).
16. Definitions
In these T&Cs, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“Account” means your individual account, accessible via the Haas+ Hub, containing information about your Membership, including your Rewards Points balance.
“Applicable Law” means all laws, statutes, regulations, edicts, bye-laws, codes of conduct and guidelines, whether local, national, international or otherwise existing to which TGR Haas F1 Team and/or you are subject and which are relevant to TGR Haas F1 Team’s and/or your rights or obligations under these T&Cs (as the case may be).
“Earning Rate” means the number of Rewards Points that you can earn from undertaking a Qualifying Purchase or a Qualifying Activity, as published and updated on the Haas+ Hub from time to time.
“F1 Rules” means any law, statute, regulation, rule, direction, decision or guideline in existence during your period of Membership in any jurisdiction worldwide including (without limitation) any law, statute, regulation, rule, direction or guideline of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, Formula One Group and/or the organisers and promoters of the Race Meetings and, where applicable, the Independent Television Commission, the Committee of Advertising Practice.
“Grand Prize Draw” means a Prize Draw that takes place at the end of a Season at TGR Haas F1 Team’s absolute discretion, which will be subject to its own separate terms and conditions, which may include entry restrictions based on age, geography or other factors.
“Haas+ Hub” means a secure section of the Website and/or the official TGR Haas F1 Team App where you can access your Account, earn Rewards Points, redeem your Rewards Points on Rewards, and access information about your Account.
“Haas+ Programme” has the meaning given to it in clause 1.
“Member” means a member of Haas+ Programme, and “Membership” shall be construed accordingly.
“Prize Draw” means a free-to-enter competition in which the recipients of the available rewards are selected by random selection, or based on a skilled question. Each Prize Draw shall be subject to its own separate terms and conditions, which may include restrictions on eligibility to enter such Prize Draw, and which will be available on the Haas+ Hub along with other relevant information and entry details.
“Qualifying Activity” means an activity run by TGR Haas F1 Team or a Rewards Partner where participation in such activity qualifies you to earn Rewards Points. Further information about and/or, from time to time, specific terms and conditions applicable to, Qualifying Activities may be published on the Haas+ Hub.
“Qualifying Purchase” means a purchase of goods and/or services from either TGR Haas F1 Team or a Rewards Partner where such purchase qualifies you to earn Rewards Points. Further information about and/or, from time to time, specific terms and conditions applicable to, Qualifying Purchases may be published on the Haas+ Hub.
“Redemption Rate” means the number of Rewards Points required for you to redeem a particular Reward from time to time, as notified and updated on the Haas+ Hub from time to time.
“Reward” means any benefit, including good or service, that TGR Haas F1 Team or a Rewards Partner may offer you in return for you redeeming a specified number of Rewards Points, subject to these T&Cs and the applicable T&Cs of a Rewards Partner.
“Rewards Partner” means a commercial partner of TGR Haas F1 Team that offers you Qualifying Activities and/or Rewards. A list of Rewards Partners can be found on Haas+ Hub, or here.
“Rewards Points” means the points that you earn by making Qualifying Purchases and/or undertaking Qualifying Activities, and that TGR Haas F1 Team subsequently deducts from your Account when you redeem a Reward or when your Membership is cancelled or terminated in accordance with these T&Cs.
“Season” means, in any calendar year, from 1 January up to midnight on the day one day after the last race of the Formula One World Championship taking place in that year.
“Team Group Company” means, in respect of TGR Haas F1 Team, its holding companies and subsidiaries of its holding companies, and “holding company” and “subsidiary” have the meanings given to them in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006 and “Team Group Companies” shall be construed accordingly.
“T&Cs” has the meaning given to it in clause 1.
“TGR Haas F1 Team App” means the official mobile application of TGR Haas F1 Team.
“Tier Level” means the Membership level determined by the number of Rewards Points accumulated and not used to redeem Rewards, as further described in clause 7 and on the Haas+ Hub.
“Trusted Partners” means independent third parties from the wider world of racing, retail, hospitality, and more, with whom we have a commercial relationship.
“Website” means TGR Haas F1 Team’s official website, currently located at https://www.haasf1team.com/.
