Driver Quotes:
Shanaka Clay:
“Event 2 was a very tough pill to swallow. We had a couple of chances to score some solid points, but sadly they weren’t executed. Ahead of Event 3, we have taken the time to reset as a team and make sure we’re fully prepared to try and finish the season strong.”
Joris Croezen:
“We’ve had more time before Event 3 to prepare ourselves. These five weeks have been more than important to regroup ourselves. Since the start of the season, we’ve never given up, and each time we’ve worked even harder, but now we want to finish on a high because we have a strong group of people, even if less experienced than others. With two events under our belt, we’re now better prepared for the final week of the season, where lots of opportunities will emerge.”
Tamás Gál:
“It hurts that I ended Event 2 without a point. For Event 3, we’re really looking forward to scoring more points. This season is so competitive and the field is so tight, that it’s not all about the speed – something we have as demonstrated by our Q3 appearances - but it’s about not making mistakes and being consistent. It’s what we’ve been missing so far. It’s always been in the small details, but the devil is in the detail so we’ve focused on that between the two events, in every area.”
