Introduction
Haas F1 Team is the only American team on the grid, but our workforce is truly global. The newest entry on the grid, making our competitive debut in 2016, we have over 200 employees split across three sites in the US, UK and Italy, working tirelessly on creating a new era of racing for the team.
As a Ferrari-powered team, our Italian offices are located in Maranello, home to the prancing horse.
Maranello plays host to our Design Office – where ideas become reality – led by our Technical Director, Andrea De Zordo. Aerodynamics and CFD departments round out the R&D functions in Maranello. We have dedicated support services ensuring constant communication and collaboration between sites, including Administration, Human Resources, IT and Purchasing departments.
Working from our Maranello offices, you will be fully integrated into the inner workings of a Formula 1 team and the constant pursuit of excellence involved in racing in the pinnacle of motorsport.
